Hi, I’m Jessica — the founder of Nourish & Co and a Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC).
I specialise in personalised, one-to-one nutrition coaching designed to help you build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food — without restriction, extremes, or guilt.
Through tailored coaching plans, ongoing support, and regular check-ins, I work closely with you to create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. You’ll have consistent access to guidance, motivation, and accountability every step of the way.
